Me : Where does your band originate from?

Dovandri : Emmahaven formed in Padang, WS, Indonesia in April 2014

Me : How many members are in your band?

Dovandri : Initially the four of us, Kevin Dennis Wiseva (vocals), Dovandri Dilon (guitar), Twelthy Octo Lenggo (bass), and Irzi Widian (drums), but after the completion of recording for a demo, irzi prefer to out, because there are other activities outside of the band, so Emmahaven in this time is only Kevin, Dilon, and Lenk.

Me : Why do you use Emmahaven as your bands name? What is the meaning?

Dovandri : Emmahaven is the name of a port in the Padang city in 1888 until 1893 which has now been renamed the Teluk Bayur harbor.

Me : What influenced your band?

Dovandri : Orchid, Pg.99, Bucket Full of Teeth, Jeromes Dream, and ilk

Me : How many albums do you now have?

Dovandri : Demo (Released on tape : 100 made, 50 \ in transparent-black by Svn Wish Recs (Indonesia), 25 in special pack, and 25 in usual pack. and 50 in transparent-black by Arkan Recs (Malaysia), black sewed packaging with patches and lyricsheet.)

Me : Where do you record your music?

Dovandri : Recorded in 3am Studio Padang, Indonesia

Me : Tell me anything you would like to tell the world.

Dovandri : "people will believe what they like

Jee  : Risei mean "The Reason" in Japanese. We choose this name because we believe that the reason          is the only way for us to look differently.

Me  : What Influenced your band?

Jee  : Rinoa, Envy, Heaven In Her Arms, Explosion in the sky

Me  : How many albms do you now have?

Jee  : One for the moment, but we will release a new album in 2015

Me  : Where do you record your music?

Jee  : At This Is For Us Studio, in France!

Ini adalah sepenggal hasil wawancara saya dengan member Meraki/Toska (Brian) :

Me      : Where does your band originate from?

Brian  : The band Meraki/Toska was born in the outskirts of Houston, Texas as a project of a few of the current members.

Me     : How many members in Meraki/Toska?

Brian  : There are 5 member of Meraki/Toska : PJ - Guitarists
                                                                           Matthew - Guitarists
                                                                           Brian - Bassist
                                                                           Brandon - Drummer
                                                                           Hayden - Vocalist

Me     : Why do you use Meraki/Toska as your bands name? What is the meaning?

Brian :  Our band name is comprised of a greek and roughly mean to leave a piece of yourself in your   art, whether it is love, sadness that doesn't have to have any specific reason. We chose this name because it encompasses the messages and emotions we put into our art. Plus it is original. You'll never find another band named Meraki.Toska.

Me     : Where is your band from?

Brian : Most of the members are from Houston area. Me is from New Jersey. The band itself is from Houston, Texas.

Me     : What influenced your band?

Brian : Everyone in the band grew up listening to punk rock, screamo and similar music genre so those types of music are obvious influences on our band. We've been told we sound like Pianis Become The Teeth, Defeater, and Me Without You, We're Very Proud of that.

Me     : How many albums do you now have?

Brian : We have one EP and one album that's too long to be considered and EP and too short to be a full length LP, a split EP we did with a band from New Jersey called Distanced, a few random singles, and we were featured on a few compilation albums last year. We plan to release new music very soon.

Me     : Where do you record your music?

Brian : Matthew owns and operates his own studio, so that is where we have recorded every single song. It's extremely convenient and beneficial having our own studio.

Me     : Do you release Tape, Vinyl or CD?

Brian : We have tapes of our first EP and CDs of our longer EP and our slit EP that we burn and print on ourselves. We don't charge money for any of our music so we don't make too many physical copies of our music. Everything is available online for free.

Me     : Tell me anything you would like to tell the world.

Brian : We're five humble guys from Texas that love what we do. We've been fortunate enough to travel the United States and have very positive responses to our music. Thank you so much for this opportunity to share what we do with other parts of the world. if anyone would like to be friends, add us on facebook and instagram, we always try to keep in touch with everyone.

Lori adalah 4 anak band screamo dari Lima, Peru. Lori adalah gabungan dari member-member band yang hebat seperti Angkor Wat, Procrastinación 1 Yo 0, Juan Sáyago dan Reciklaje. Band ini terbentuk pada tahun 2013 dan dulunya masih ada vocalist lain yaitu Jorge"Hota" Murguia. mereka telah merilis EP "Es Nuestra Propia Injusticia La Que Se Revela Contra Nosotros Mismos" (2013), dan split dengan Escaleras (2013) dan split dengan Yusuke (2014). Pony!

      Pony adalah 2 anak band emo dari Lima, Peru. Band ini terbentuk pada tahun 2012. Mereka memilih nama Pony karena mereka pecinta binatang dan nama itu adalah perpaduan dari kemarahan dan kasih sayang dari Pony. mereka juga menyukai band Giraffes? Giraffes!. Pony hanya beranggotakan 2 orang yang memainkan alat musik Drum dan Gitar. Influence mereka adalah weezer, yo la tengo, algernon cadwallader, 1994, giraffes? giraffes! , foals, fugazi, sunny day real state, dan cap n jazz. Mereka telah membuat 1 LP, 3 EPs dan 2 Splits album rilis dalam format CD dan Kaset. Mereka berkata kepada saya "Mereka tidak mau uang, dan apapun. mereka hanya ingin untuk berteriak dan di dengar oleh seluruh dunia".

    

      Mereka merekam albumnya di studio teman mereka di Lima, Peru. Mereka juga mempunyai pesan kepada semuanya. Pikirkan tentang dunia, dan binatang juga seperti kita, jangan makan daging, tolong hormati Segalanya, dan tolong cintai dirimu. Pony! adalah gabungan dari member band Post Rock bernama Filtro (Rix) dan (Eduardo) bermain dalam band yang bernama fiebre aviar ( pop punk band) Mereka berteman di internet dan mereka ingin membuat music, akhirnya mereka memutuskan membuat band Pony!, Mereka merilis EP dan orang-orang menyukainya, dan akhirnya mereka tidak pernah berhenti untuk mengejar mimpinya.

      Project mereka berikutnya adalah mereka ingin merilis 2d LP dan Split dengan band dari South America dalam format 12". Lagu mereka bercerita tentang kehidupan pada umumnya. Oke. itu saja yang saya ketahui. Selamat Menikmati. Thanks to Rix for the interview.

Sepia//Memory

      Sepia//Memory adalah one man band dari Long Beach, California. Sepia/Memory terbentuk pada tahun 2012 yang sebelumnya beranggotakan 2 orang tetapi mereka tidak pernah merekam satu lagu pun dan akhirnya salah satu member memilih untuk keluar. sehingga Gio memilih untuk menjadikan project ini menjadi acoustic pada januari 2014. Dia menulis 2 lagu single dan merilis dalam format cdr berjumlah 23 buah. Gio memulai bermain Drums dan Bass, setelah beberapa minggu Gio merilis 2 lagu itu ia mulai membuat 3 track EP entitled " The Meta" yang ia buat dengan format yang sama sebagai single.

      Gio merekam dan memixed sendiri di kamarnya. dan dia akan membuat rilisan berikutnya tetap melalui kamarnya berhubung kamarnya telah menjadi mini studio. EP hanya dirilis sebagai free digital berhubung Gio tidak punya banyak waktu untuk membuat cd atau tape. Setelah EP tersebut rilis Gio istirahat sejenak setelah melakukan operasi mata. ia perlahan-lahan membuat lagu tentang sakitnya itu.

      Lagu itu masuk dalam kompilasi berjudul Clifftape Mix CD vol 1 yang rilis di New Jersey pada oktober 2014. Gio sekarang telah memixing 6 lagu baru. salah satu lagu tersebut akan masuk dalam kompilasi yang rilis pada 2015. dan kelima lagu lainnya akan dijadikan sebagai EP. Gio berencana merilis dalam format kaset. Sepia//Memory dipilih sebagai nama bandnya dikarenakan Gio menyukai band Kolya dan dia sangat ingin membuat band seperti Kolya yang menggunakan narrative vocals dan memainkan alat musik yang memberikan energi pada narrative vocals tersebut. 

      Kolya adalah influence terbesar Gio untuk memulai band ini. dan juga Native Nod, Reiziger dan Slint. Sepia memory berasal dari puisi yang Gio buat di sekolahnya untuk salah satu mata pelajarannya. Sepia//Memory telah merilis 2 lagu single, 3 track EP dan lagu kompilasi. Gio mengucapkan terima kasih kepada 2488neo tascam yang membuat lagunya menjadi nyata dengan cara merekam sendiri di kamar.

Glances

      Glances adalah 5 anak band melodic hardcore dari Bologna, Italia. Glances terbentuk pada bulan agustus 2013. Dulu mereka semua memasukkan nama band yang ingin mereka pakai contohnya seperti Freeman, Heartburn, Alpha Helix, Glances, dan akhirnya mereka sepakat untuk memakai nama Glances. Glances dipilih karena Glances adalah kata yang simple dan gampang diingat dan

juga terkait dengan emosi yang lain seperti cinta dan benci seperti musik mereka.

      Influence mereka adalah Defeater, Touche Amore dan More Than Life. Mereka merilis Self Titled EP mereka pada Agustus 2014 berisi 4 lagu. Mereka merekam sendiri EP mereka, mixed dan mastered di rumah Dario yang memiliki home studio kecil. mereka merilis 200 copy EP mereka dalam format CD.
